OPTION 2: STICKER VISA

Hashmi Group has been granted special privileges to waive a number of requirements that are usually needed for Indian citizens to apply for a visa. The visa application process takes 10-12 working days. The following are the requirements to apply for a Turkey visa from India:

• Original Indian passport
  • Should be issued less than 10 years
  • Must be valid for at least 6 months upon arrival in Turkiye
  • Should have at least 2 full blank pages
• Personal bank statement detailing the last six (6) months
  • Showing INR 100,000+ in funds
  • With original bank seal
• Visa Application Form
  • Must be submitted for each applicant
  • Must be manually filled in blue or black ink in capital letters
  • Must be signed by the applicant
  • Needs to have 1 photograph affixed to it
    • Must be on a white background
    • Must be in 2.5inch x 2.5inch size
    • Must have face visibility of 70% to 80%
• Photocopies of passport’s first and last pages
• One additional photograph

OPTION 2: STICKER VISA

If you are not eligible for an E-visa, you must apply for a sticker visa in Saudi Arabia. You will receive your passports along with the stamped visa of Turkiye on your address.

The visa processing time for Turkish visa from Saudi Arabia is around 10 days. We recommend you apply as soon as possible to ensure you have the visa in time.

REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

The following are the requirements to apply for a Turkiye visa from Saudi Arabia

• Passport with 6-month validity + photocopy
• Iqama with 3 month’s validity + photocopy
• Exit re-entry visa covering the period of trip
• 2 photographs (5cm x 5cm)
• Travel Insurance policy with $60,000 coverage
  • If you have good health insurance in Saudi Arabia, there is no need to get the travel insurance policy separately
  • The VFS office charges SR 350 for health insurance while most Saudi insurance schemes already cover it
• Salary Certificate approved by the Chamber of Commerce
• Bank Statement for the last 3 months
• Return flight ticket/reservation (will be provided once you pay for the tour package)
• Confirmed Hotel Booking (will be provided once you pay for the tour package)
• A print of the Saudi National Address.
• COVID-19 vaccine certificate from Sehaty
• Marriage Certificate if applying with the family
• Turkish Visa Checklist signed by the applicant
